Description:
Nar Han Sef, always referred to in the paucal (implying the thought in mind of two hands, or a small number of opponents' hands) literally means "Chinese Hands," although it has significant roots in Japanese martial arts. It is the martial art taught for exercise, self defence and support sport in New World Order elite boarding schools.
Some of its teaching lineages have moved outside the boarding school system and nar Han Sef is also learnt, with significant variations, by the lower classes.
