NWO people are not particularly shy about sex, but speakers have tended to move to 'raxu', to take, to mean to drink, in order to avoid the distraction of the inevitable hillarity from using 'puik'.

Noun:

As a noun, 'puik' means a swallow or gulp of a liquid. This usage is not highly sexualized and is actually fairly common. The derived form 'puikca', however, is a rude word for a male homosexual, weith the connotation of 'cocksucker'. NWO society is generally very open and accepting of homosecuality, but this is a rude word.

Verb:

As a verb, 'puik' is a transitive skurun verb with an ergative drinker and an absolutive thing drunk, meaning to drink, gulp or swallow, with the strong sexual connotation of to fellate someone. It is a very direct, crude way to talk about fellatio.
